Booking a callout

By requesting a callback or calling 07935 361754, you're asking Fuel Recovery Experts to provide a mobile fuel drain or related service. We'll confirm the price with you before we set off, based on the information you provide about your vehicle, location and the fuel issue.

Pricing and payment

The price agreed before we set off may change only if the actual job differs materially from what was described (for example, if the engine had been driven further than reported). Any change will be agreed with you before further work is carried out. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

You may cancel a booked callout at any time before we arrive at no charge. If we have already set off, a callout fee may apply.

Our liability

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, or for damage where you continued to drive after becoming aware of a misfuelling incident, except where caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
